我們家的廚房，是紅茄子民宿的中心，依不同季節，我們提供法式早餐，品酒，

主題晚餐或午餐，三不五時在這小酌一杯話家常。

 

廚房

 

喜歡烹飪的朋友或老饕們，也可以在這裡學習各類法國美食，傳統食譜到創意佳餚，發揮你天馬行空的想像力，普羅旺斯亦以香料、有機米聞名，想體驗的朋友歡迎來紅茄子。

 

法式早餐

 

 

 

--法式早餐： €7/人,

豐盛的早餐是08:00到14:00時，  普羅旺斯果汁，宏都拉斯有機咖啡，錫蘭紅茶，madame Pichon's的法國麵包或可頌 、手工果醬、手作優格、有機麥片。您可以在露天陽台上享受您的早餐（夏天限定!冬天你堅持我們也不反對），或廚房 。

 

--戀人早餐： €15/2人

天天都是情人節!!提前一天預定:

 

--紅茄子早午餐：€10/人

享受紅茄子限定早午餐，附"血腥茄子"調酒及特色小食。

 

紅茄子導覽旅遊

 

 

紅茄子另有兩個專人導覽旅遊行程可供選擇，1.梵谷的腳步 2.古羅馬巡禮，參加任一行程的朋友在結束後回到紅茄子民宿，將有美酒等你品嚐

Guided Aperitif

 

Choose inbetween the Van Gogh track and the guided tours with Nathalie, our guide. Anyway, in both cases, you will end up with a theme aperitif at the Aubergine Rouge. Ask at reception or at turism office. For more information ask at the reception or the Turism Office.

Connection attitude

 

Once inside the small world of The Aubergine Rouge, for keeping in touch with th universe we offer you wifi within the whole estabilishment (Wifi: ERIC)The very secret password is to be asked at the reception.
